To be eligible to register an account and participate in real-money gaming activities on orionplay, you must meet all of the following criteria:
orionplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS card, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on orionplay. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If orionplay identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, orionplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. orionplay is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. You must notify orionplay immediately of any changes to your registered email address, contact number, or payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your orionplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. orionplay will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact orionplay support immediately.
orionplay is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to the processing of any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may also require proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
orionplay currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The available methods are subject to change at orionplay's discretion. orionplay does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment from third-party accounts.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation. This policy exists to protect Players from fraud and to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed on the same banking day if submitted before the respective bank's cut-off time. orionplay does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
All transactions on orionplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Players are responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any orionplay content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, orionplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. orionplay's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits orionplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
orionplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
Upon termination for cause, orionplay may withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no violation, any legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned. Bonus balances shall be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.
You may close your orionplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available withdrawable balance. Residual balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited if the account is closed by the Player.
orionplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required by law or by a regulatory directive from PAGCOR, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the orionplay Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute. Where a dispute relates to the conduct of orionplay under its PAGCOR license, the Player may also raise the matter with PAGCOR through its published complaint resolution process.
